二次加工座 / SECONDARY MAKING STATION:

針對(duì)格式拉簧，如英式、德式拉簧，可另外加裝二次加工 座于主機(jī)上，此二次加工座，乃是用一衹1.0KW之伺服馬 達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，并以汽缸夾伸臂夾取主機(jī)生產(chǎn)之半成品拉簧，再 經(jīng)此加工座作二次加工。二次加工座之程控與凸輪系統(tǒng)為 單獨(dú)動(dòng)作，故可加快生產(chǎn)速度。

Adding other the secondary making station to the machine is allowed to make extension springs, ie,English loop,German loop or other special requirement.The station use a cylinder air chunk to catch the the semifinished springs from the machine and use a 1.0kw servo motor to drive the main shaft for final forming.The program between secondary making station and system are independent. so the production speed will be faster under the controlling programs.

卷取系統(tǒng) / SERVO SPINNER SYSTEM:

卷取裝置滑座上，凸輪帶動(dòng)可360度以上旋轉(zhuǎn)，也可左右 方向來回之動(dòng)作或定點(diǎn)動(dòng)作。計(jì)算機(jī)控制角度位置，機(jī)械 之動(dòng)作有三種方式：轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、擠壓及成型。 

The spinner is driven by cam. lt rotates 360 and move left and right forward and back. or remain in a fixed position. All angles are control by computer. This mechine has three funclions. luminy . pressing and forming.
